Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Processing may be slightly longer during peak periods, new product launches, or sales.

Shipping rates and delivery times:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Express and international shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery timings may vary depending on courier or customs delays.

• Standard (Australia): 2 to 8 business days.
• Express (Australia): 1 to 3 business days.
• International: 7 to 21 business days.

Tracking:

All postage includes tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or delayed parcels:

If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, get in touch with us and we will open an investigation with the courier.

Please note, Solara is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect addresss, incorrect information, re-delivery fees charged by couriers.
