1. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and product safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on opened or used products.
Unopened items may be returned within 20 days of delivery at the buyer’s cost.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
  • Damaged or Faulty
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the fault
Once assessed, we will offer:
  • A replacement, OR
  • A refund, OR
  • Store credit
We comply with all Australian Consumer Law requirements.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on your bank and Shopify waiting periods.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are:
  • Covered by Solara if the product is faulty or incorrect
  • Covered by the customer for change-of-mind returns (unopened items only)

5. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders quickly and carefully so you can enjoy your Solara products sooner.
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Processing may be slightly longer during peak periods, new product launches, or sales.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery:
  • Domestic (Australia): 2–8 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on courier delays or customs.
3. Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
4. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your details.
Solara is not responsible for:
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect information
  • Re-delivery fees charged by couriers

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
6. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
